Please read these Terms and conditions ( “Terms”, “Terms and conditions”) carefully before
Applying (“Application Form”, “Application”) to Nochero soy (“Nochero soy”, “Event”)

(“Desde el Alma organisation Team”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”),
or Ondřej Kloub (“Organizer”), ID: 05603510
2. REGISTRATION:
a. By submitting the Application Form you agree with your compliance with Terms and conditions
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who enter Event Desde el Alma.
b.
You represent and warrant that all information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
c.
Purchasing (“Purchase”) of the Pass (“Pass”) is only possible, if your Application has been accepted.
d.
Once a dancer registers as a solo participant and is accepted,
He/She forfeits the right to nominate Himself/Herself as a partner for a couple in the current edition.
This measure ensures that the organizer can maintain the gender/role balance of the event.
e.
To finish the Purchase, it is obligatory to send your payment in accordance to the amount
with ordered items and in compliance with payment conditions,
specifically but not only Due to date of the payment
f.
Pass is valid (“Valid”, “Validity”) only if you receive Payment confirmation
from Desde el Alma organizational Team
g.
For couple registrations, the pass is only valid once both dancers have submitted their registration fees
and received confirmation from the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to return the registration fee
and deny participation to any registrant whose partner fails to pay the registration fee on time.
h.
Pass is name bound and is not transferable to any other person without a consent of Organizer.
i.
Only with Valid Pass you are registered (“Registered”) as participant
(“Participant”, “Dancer”, “Participation”) and have access (“Access”) to the Event.
j.
Please note that without Valid Pass it is not recommended to book or buy any flight tickets,
accommodation etc and that Organizer is not responsible for any potential money loss.
k.
Participation in the event is only permitted for legally adult dancers.
Minors may participate only if accompanied by their parent(s) or legal guardian.
2. REGISTRATION:
2a.
By submitting the Application Form you agree with your compliance with Terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who enter Event Desde el Alma.
2b.
You represent and warrant that all information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
2c.
Purchasing (“Purchase”) of the Pass (“Pass”) is only possible, if your Application has been accepted.

3. PASS CANCELLATION, TRANSFER, RESELLING:
a. In case you cannot come and you cancel your Participation in time by the specified deadline,
you will be able to transfer your Pass to the next year’s Event edition.
b.
Cancellation deadline is 14 days before the Event (April 17, 2026, 8 pm, UTC+2)
and has to be done in a form of email, containing your name and you registration number.
c.
Transfer of your Pass can require additional payment:
a difference between the price paid for the original edition and price of the new edition.
d.
Refund of the money in case of cancellation before or after the deadline
is not guaranteed under any conditions.
e.
Reselling of Pass is not allowed without consent of Organizer and in such case Pass looses its Validity.
3. PASS CANCELLATION, TRANSFER, RESELLING:
3a.
In case you cannot come and you cancel your Participation in time by the specified deadline, you will be able to transfer your Pass to the next year’s Event edition.
3b.
Cancellation deadline is 14 days before the Event (April 17, 2026, 8 pm, UTC+2) and has to be done in a form of email, containing your name and you registration number.
3c.
Transfer of your Pass can require additional payment: a difference between the price paid for the original edition and price of the new edition
3d.
Refund of the money in case of cancellation before or after the deadline is not guaranteed under any conditions.
3e.
Reselling of Pass is not allowed without consent of Organizer and in such case Pass looses its Validity.
4. TRAVEL, VISA, INSURANCE, RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate travel conditions in place to attend the event.
This includes valid passport, visa and covid requirements.
b.
Organizer cannot accept liability and are not responsible for any injury, loss and/or broken items,
physical and mental damage in connection with the event (before, during and after the event takes place).
c.
We do recommend that you opt for insurance to cover yourself from such events,
as well as in case of your own cancellation, as without it you may result in a loss of paid funds.

5. FOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT
a. Please be advised that photos and videos will be taken during the event for use on the website,
social medias, and on our marketing materials.
b.
By attending the event, you give us a permission taking photos and videos of you
and using them for purposes mentioned above.
c.
By attending this event, you grant us permission to use a drone
for the purpose of creating a video as described above and to operate the drone above the dancers.
5. FOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT:

Please be advised that photos and videos will be taken during the event for use on the website, social medias, and on our marketing materials.
5b.
By attending the event, you give us a permission taking photos and videos of you and using them for purposes mentioned above..
5c.
By attending this event, you grant us permission to use a drone for the purpose of creating a video as described above and to operate the drone above the dancers.
6. MARKETING DATA

a. Note that your data from the Application form (role, country of origin)
will be used for the purpose of marketing.

The information found on the Web page or facebook event/group
may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.

Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the web page
or facebook event/group and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness
of any information found on above mentioned media.

We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors,
inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Our trademark and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product.

the organizer has a right to cancel the Event.

11. TERMINATION AND CODE OF CONDUCT

Before you register and pay the pass, please read the “Code of Conduct” of the Event.
which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions,
and which contains detailed restrictions of the Pass of the event

Code of Conduct may have its Pass terminated and
Its Access to the Event denied by Organizer any time before or during the Event
11. TERMINATION AND CODE OF CONDUCT

Before you register and pay the pass, please read the “Code of Conduct” of the Event,
which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions, and which contains detailed restrictions of the Pass of the Event.
11b.
Any person violating Code of Conduct or behaving not compliant with Code of Conduct may have its Pass terminated and
Its Access to the Event denied by Organizer any time before or during the Event
